1. Take a book or a heavy object, stand against a wall in your bare feet, with your heels against the wall.
2. Place the book or object against your big toe.
3. Measure the distance from the book or object and the wall, and display the result in the red field.
4. Find the size that matches your measurement in the table, and save it.
