|  Take your waist measurement  |
1. Take a tape measure and place it just above your tummy button at the narrowest part of your waist.
2. Lift your head, tighten the tape measure and breathe normally.
3. Lock the tape measure and display the measurement in the red field.
4. Find the size that matches your measurement in the table, and save it.
